WANT TO BE A SUMMER COUNSELOR?

The Brethren Retreat at Shipshewana Lake relies on many people to provide an excellent Christian camping program. Senior Counselors are college-age paid staff that supervise groups of campers and provide a Christ-like role model all summer. Junior Counselors are high school students that volunteer to assist the Senior Counselors for one week only. Our Counselors complete a one week training program prior to serving as summer staff members. We also have an in depth Counselors-In-Training (CIT) program for youth 14 and older. CIT's serve one week as support staff and assist Counselors with some program activities. CCCA is an association of 1100+ Christian camps in the United States. CCCA provides education, training, resources, and references. Searching for a Christian camp in another state? THE BRETHREN RETREAT at Shipshewana Lake IS FOR RENT!

The Brethren Retreat at Shipshewana Lake is available for guest groups year round. Churches, Families, Home School Associations, Group Homes, Senior Groups and others may rent The Brethren Retreat at Shipshewana Lake facility for retreats and camps.
